Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking with Novick's Detailing Solutions! Please review the service agreement below: Novick's Detailing Solutions Service Agreement This agreement outlines the terms between Novick's Detailing Solutions ("we," "us") and you ("client"). By booking our services, you agree to these terms. Provision of Water & Electricity We supply all necessary water and electricity. Please ensure the location is accessible and safe for our equipment. Cancellation Policy Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a $45 fee. We may cancel or reschedule due to staffing, weather, or equipment issues. Vehicle Access You must provide access to your vehicle and its keys. This allows us to operate and move your vehicle as needed. Service Time Limits Time limits for each package are: - Regular Car Wash: 1.5 – 2 hours - Express Car Wash: 2 hours - Premium Car Wash: 2 – 2.5 hours - Full Detailing Package: 4 – 4.5 hours - Ultimate Detailing Package: 4.5 – 6 hours Additional services may extend time. Outcome Expectations We aim for the best results, but the condition of your vehicle affects the outcome. We do not guarantee restoration to its original or new condition. Quality of Service A final inspection will be done with you. Contact us within 24 hours if you are unsatisfied. Issues reported after 24 hours will not be addressed. Accidents & Liability We are not liable for pre-existing damage or incidents occurring while your vehicle is in our care. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service. Fees & Payment Terms The service fee is as listed in your final invoice. If the job takes significantly longer due to the vehicle's condition, an additional fee of $60 per hour may apply, which we will inform you of before or during the service. Feedback & Marketing We value your feedback. Email us with comments or concerns. We may use photos of your vehicle for marketing, without personal information. Service Termination We may terminate service if clients bypass the company to work directly with employees or are disrespectful to our staff. Agreement Changes We may modify this agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Acknowledgment By using our services, you acknowledge: - No specific results are guaranteed. - Payment covers time and effort, not guaranteed outcomes. - All sales are final.
